Who we are
Trusted Health Reviews covers health supplements, plus a handful of related products (creams, gels, a spray, a fragrance and a device), aimed at men's health, women's health and healthy aging. Our library holds reviews of 54 products, along with guides and comparisons.
Where our income comes from. If you buy through a link on this site, we earn a commission, and you pay nothing extra. We cover only brands we have affiliate relationships with. That means a top pick is the best of what we cover, not the best of the whole market. Commissions have no say in what we write about a product's evidence, guarantee or safety.
The checks behind each review
Each review runs through the same set of checks. We don't do our own lab testing or run clinical trials. We read what has been published and explain it in plain language.
- Ingredients and doses. We take the current formula from the official label and note whether the doses are disclosed. Then we set those doses next to the ones used in published studies.
- Research. We start by looking for trials on the product itself, then move to studies of its main ingredients. For each study we record its size, its length and who funded it.
- Refund terms. We read the whole guarantee and lay out its conditions: deadlines, opened bottles, shipping costs and which purchases qualify. If we couldn't confirm the terms on the official site, we tell you.
- Safety. For the main ingredients, we list known side effects and interactions with medicines, and note who should check with a doctor first.
- Cost. We weigh the price against what the product actually contains.
Why we use labels and top picks, not scores
You won't find numeric scores or star ratings here. Every product gets a short label describing its purpose. In each category we name one top pick, meaning the product we'd look at first of those we cover, judged by the checks above. A top pick doesn't promise that a product will work for you. For many products the evidence is limited, and each review says so.
What we leave out
- We don't run customer testimonials or star ratings.
- We don't take money for positive reviews or sponsored articles.
- We don't offer medical advice. A supplement is no replacement for seeing a doctor, particularly with symptoms like erection problems, urinary symptoms or low energy, which can have medical causes.
Fixing mistakes
Formulas, prices and guarantee terms shift over time. We recheck them whenever we update a review, and the facts across the site were last checked in October 2026. Found something that looks wrong? Let us know and we'll take a look.
