We are not a medical practice, and we give no personal health advice. 4. Accuracy
Our research is careful and we say when facts were last checked, but formulas, prices, guarantee terms and research all change over time. We do not promise that content is complete, current or free of errors, or that a product will work for you. Check the seller's site for the current label, price and terms before buying. Found an error? Tell us and we'll look into it.
5. Affiliate links and third-party sites
Some links on this site earn us a commission if you buy through them. Third parties run the sites we link to; we don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, products, checkout, privacy practices, subscriptions or refunds. A purchase creates a contract between you and the seller, not with us.
6. Sellers answer for their products
Making, selling, storing and shipping products is not something we do. Responsibility for a product's labeling, safety, delivery, guarantees and refunds, and for its legal compliance (including any state warnings or age restrictions), lies with the seller and manufacturer. Take any complaint or claim about a product to them.
7. Limits on our liability
We accept no liability for loss arising from using or relying on this site, or on any product or third-party site you reach through it. That includes indirect or consequential loss and loss of profit, data or opportunity. The site is free to use, and so any liability found against us is capped, in total, at £100 (or the equivalent in your currency).
No term here restricts or excludes liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else the law does not allow to be limited or excluded. Your statutory rights as a consumer are likewise unaffected, including any rights you hold under the laws of the country or US state where you live that cannot be waived.
8. Intellectual property
Our licensors or we own the text, design and layout of this site. Personal, non-commercial use is fine: you may view and print pages and share links to them. Copying, republishing or scraping content needs our written permission. Product names and brands belong to their owners. We use them only to identify products, and doing so does not mean the owner endorses us.
9. Using the site properly
Please don't misuse the site. That rules out hacking, automated scraping, spam and sending us unlawful content. Health information should not be sent through our contact form.

The site or these terms may change at any time, and the dated version posted here is the one that applies. We can't guarantee the site will always be available.
11. Governing law and courts
The law of England and Wales governs these terms and any dispute about the site, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. One exception applies: where the law of the place you live gives you a mandatory right to use your local law or courts, that right stands.
12. General
Should any part of these terms prove unenforceable, the remainder stays in force. A delay in enforcing a term doesn't stop us from enforcing it later.
