The 67-day guarantee works like this: you try two containers over 60 days, and then the company's warehouse must receive the empty containers (plus any unopened ones) within 67 days of delivery, with no exceptions. Shipping costs aren't refunded, and each customer gets one order. Nothing on the guarantee page says it extends to purchases from other sellers.

Shah et al. (2012) ran their study in India with 78 men aged 25 to 50 who had mild to moderate erectile dysfunction, and 75 completed it. At 12 weeks, erectile function scores had gone up by about 9 points with VigRX Plus, against under 1 point with placebo. Funding isn't stated. The formula in the trial had 11 ingredients at twice today's label dose, while the current site lists 8.
Several ingredients call for caution. Ginkgo and ginseng may affect bleeding and blood sugar, while hawthorn can interact with heart and blood pressure medicines.
