A search of Amazon for VigRX Plus in October 2026 returned several listings with different titles and pack sizes, one of them under the Leading Edge Health name. From the outside, we couldn't tell which are stocked by the manufacturer or an authorized distributor.

A counterfeit VigRX Plus costs more than money. Health Canada put out an advisory on counterfeit VigRX and VigRX Plus seized and tested in New Zealand. Those fakes held undeclared prescription drugs: sildenafil, and in one VigRX Plus sample, tadalafil.
Hidden erection drugs can cause a dangerous blood pressure drop in men who take nitrates for chest pain, and they interact with other heart and blood pressure medicines. The manufacturer adds that some fakes hold "nothing but rice flour or talcum powder." Either way, the label doesn't match what's inside.
