HerSolution Timeline: How Soon Might It Work?

No clinical trial has tested HerSolution, so no reliable timeline exists. We cover what is known and how the 67-day guarantee works.

In briefChecked October 2026

No reliable answer exists. Nobody has published a clinical trial of HerSolution, so no one has measured whether it improves desire or arousal, or how soon. Doses of the ingredients aren't disclosed, and evidence for the ingredients in women is thin. The guarantee sets the practical limit if you try it, since returns must reach the warehouse within 67 days of delivery.

What We Do Know About Timing

Why We Can't Offer a Timeline

The company links just one product document, an acute oral toxicity study. That kind of study gives a single large dose to check for harm and says nothing about effectiveness. Six ingredients make up HerSolution: niacin, hops, Mucuna pruriens, ginkgo, epimedium and cayenne. Almost no trials in women have looked at hops, Mucuna or epimedium for desire or arousal, and placebo-controlled ginkgo trials haven't shown a dependable benefit over placebo. Since doses aren't disclosed, the ingredient research can't be matched to what's in the pill.

Why Responses Differ

Desire in women depends on many things: hormones, relationships, stress, sleep, medicines and physical health. A doctor can check for causes such as medication side effects or menopause-related changes when low desire is new or troubling. We list these in our article on causes of low libido in women.

Cautions

Pregnant, trying to conceive or breastfeeding? Don't use HerSolution. Because Mucuna supplies levodopa, see a doctor first if you take Parkinson's drugs, MAO inhibitors, antipsychotics or other dopamine-related medicines. Estrogen-like activity comes with hops and epimedium, bleeding risk may rise when ginkgo meets blood thinners or surgery, and niacin can cause flushing. Our article on HerSolution side effects has more.

Your questions, answered

Nobody has measured whether or when HerSolution works in a trial, so no reliable timeline exists. Returns must reach the warehouse within 67 days of delivery, which means deciding before then.

Evidence can't answer this, since no study has followed this product's effects. Flushing from niacin is a side effect and not a sign that it's working.

One pill a day is what the label directs. That is the maker's advice, and no trial has tested any dosing schedule.

Nobody has tested it in menopausal women, or in anyone else. Hops and epimedium have estrogen-like activity, so with a history of hormone-sensitive cancer, endometriosis or fibroids, ask a doctor first.

Neither one has a published trial or discloses doses. Among HerSolution's six ingredients are Mucuna (levodopa), hops and ginkgo. Provestra lists 21, black cohosh and licorice among them, and women with liver, heart or blood pressure problems should avoid it or check with a doctor. For menopause symptoms, your doctor can discuss options with better evidence.
