GenuinePurity NMN, NMN-H and Longevity Plus Compared (2026)

Here we put three GenuinePurity NAD+ products sold in the US side by side: standard NMN, NMN-H and the Longevity+ stack. We cover doses, human evidence, guarantee terms and cautions.

In briefChecked October 2026

GenuinePurity NMN is our top pick. It gives 500 mg of NMN a day on a clear label, and a 97-day guarantee backs it. In small human trials NMN raises blood NAD+, but this product itself hasn't been tested, and no human study shows that NMN slows aging. If you don't want a subscription at $49 a month, skip the $19 trial offer.

Where the Human NMN Research Stands

Human NMN trials have been small, usually 10 to 110 people, and short, from two weeks to about three months. They show NMN reliably raises blood NAD+ at 250 to 1,250 mg a day and that people tolerated it well. Effects on health outcomes are mixed, though, NMN makers funded several of the trials, and no human study shows that NMN slows aging. A US trial from Washington University is often cited (Yoshino et al., 2021): 25 postmenopausal women with prediabetes took 250 mg a day for 10 weeks, and muscle insulin sensitivity changed modestly.

Your questions, answered

GenuinePurity NMN is our top pick, with 500 mg of NMN a day on a clear label and a 97-day guarantee. Nobody has tested the product itself, and its $19 trial offer auto-renews at $49 a month.

NMN-H (NMNH) is NMN in its reduced form. Cell and mouse studies hint that it lifts NAD+ more strongly. We found no peer-reviewed human trial, so human data on standard NMN don't automatically apply.

Up to about three months is the longest human trials have run, at 250 to 1,250 mg a day, apart from one month-long trial at 2,000 mg a day. Each 2-capsule serving of GenuinePurity NMN provides 500 mg. Nobody knows the longer-term safety.

Yes. The FDA said in 2025 that NMN may be sold as a dietary supplement, following a period when its status was unclear.

Anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, or has or had cancer (unless their oncologist agrees). If you take diabetes or blood pressure medicines, ask a doctor first.
